COCO Hair Co. provides premium 100% human hair extensions and related products including, but not limited to, hand-tied wefts, machine wefts, tape-ins, keratin tips, and installation tools.

Processing + Alterations

Once hair extensions have been colored, toned, cut, installed, chemically processed in any way, they are no longer eligible for return, exchange, or warranty.

Hygiene Policy

Due to the nature of hair extensions:

  • Products must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Security ties, bands, and packaging must remain intact

Any product that has been opened, worn, or tampered with cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Returns + Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Defective Products

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Or refund (case-by-case basis)

Normal wear, improper care, or alterations are not considered defects.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping times vary based on carrier and location
